Increasing the qualification of the workforce of "A Data Pro" Ltd. by conducting specific trainings, supporting the professional and career development of the employees of the company

The project is aimed at acquiring new specific skills by employees in the company through their inclusion in specific trainings relevant to their current work position in A Data Pro Ltd. and the needs of the company. The trainings are directly related to the fulfillment of the employees’ and employer’ needs in the context of carrying out the activities in the Information Services sector. The target group is the employees of the company who work on the basis of an employment contract. The envisaged activities of the project aim to achieve the project objectives by including employees in specific trainings related to their work position. The main needs of the company are: the need to provide quality specific trainings to its employees according to the higher requirements for their work-related activities, positions and workplace (determined by the constantly developing technologies typical of the sector), as well as to adequately adapt the employees to the requirements of their work position thus providing a prerequisite for sustainable employment. Employees’ needs are focused on the demand to improve their skills and, accordingly, the efficiency of their work. The project will contribute to: Increasing the labor productivity of employees through improved specific skills; Providing opportunities for career development; Creating conditions for sustainable employment in the company. Specific results to be achieved are: 2 specific trainings for employees; 141 employees trained in specific skills with acquired certificate. The acquisition of the required specific knowledge from the target group will increase the adequacy and relevancy of their skills to the current needs of the employer and is a prerequisite for sustainable employment, since the employees will acquire competencies directly related to their respective positions and corresponding to the identified needs of ADP and the specifics of the company's activities.
