Improving the qualification of the employees of On Clinic

The project proposal includes activities to enhance the qualification of employees at On Clinic. Specific training of a dermatologist for acquiring skills, related to the treatment of various skin diseases by innovative method is foreseen by the use of CO2 laser - dermatosurgical laser, which is used for the effective treatment of various skin diseases: - Fiber epithelial polyps - Solar keratosis - Benevolent nevi - Biogenic Granolomas The training will include the whole cycle of intervention - from the preparation of the patient through the intervention itself to the follow-up of the postoperative status. This training is very important because it covers the entire cycle after establishing the need of surgery until the complete healing of the patient. Another activity included in the project proposal is a training under Key Competence 2 „Communication in foreign languages” – English language. The whole team of the clinic will go through foreign language training in English. The growing number of foreign patients and foreign lecturers teaching the clinic's medical staff impose an obligation for every employee to understand and speak English. The implementation of the activities and the achievement of the expected results will lead to an increase in the knowledge and skills of the employees, which will have a lasting impact on their professional career in the future.
