Specific training sessions for continuing development and economy based on knowledge in Ernst and Young Audit EOOD

Ernst amp; Young Audit OOD is a leading provider in the field of audit, which provides audit services in Bulgaria mainly to companies, part of international groups. The company follows the global audit methodology and works in the most efficient and effective way by applying the relevant international standards according to the requirements of each client. This project proposal aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees by conducting specific trainings needed to meet the professional engagements arising from the specifics of the audit profession and the application of international accounting standards. The employees need continuous improvement of the competences and knowledge in the field of auditing and finance, as this is a knowledge-based, dynamic and fast-paced profession in which legislation is in a state of constant flux and, above all, so are the expectations and requirements of customers and society alike. The objective will be achieved through the following activities: - Conducting specific business trainings aimed at acquiring key knowledge in the field of international finance and accounting under the ACCA international programs - Conducting a specific business training – “International tax trends and legal specifics applicable to audit procedures” – which will give the audit professionals the necessary knowledge about current applicable standards The objectives and activities set out in the project proposal fully meet the needs to raise the level of knowledge and skills of key personnel responsible for conducting audit activities. The implementation of activities and the achievement of the planned results will lead to increased opportunities for professional growth in the Company, the acquisition of current practical skills in line with the high requirements in the field of audit in Bulgaria and at international level. The implementation of the project will encourage the employees' desire and skills for “lifelong learning”.
