Training for skills

The project is aimed at increasing the qualification of the employees for successfully implementation of the company projects, because, thanks to our experience, we know what happens when a person is commissioned to manage projects without pre-training and, worse, when there are no formal processes or on-the-spot controls - and this leads to the failure of the project and the whole organization. Data about the employee's ability to "divert" project management does not always give the best result. All organizations want to improve the success of their projects which is why more and more of them started investing in the training and recognition of their project managers. Well-trained managers for projects with globally recognized qualifications are motivated to succeed and build a career. The new professional development obligation is not based solely on training and qualification - it is and is a must-have professional development and ability to demonstrate the skills needed for the competent management of complex projects. In order for our 7 staff to become good project managers and acquire professional certificates of excellence, such as the RPM from the Project Management Association-RPP, they will through to a specific trainings - PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner, which training is in the specific areas needed for professional project managers to gain recognition as experienced project managers and meeting the company's needs. It is also envisaged and organization of foreign language training for 12 persons and 7 persons under part of the third DPQ "Graphic Design" as the occupied positions and the implemented projects also include international ones. The trainings will be designed and presented in such a way that they are in harmony with the main goals related to the human factor and the specifics of activity of SIS HR Ltd.
