New system for human resources management and better and safe working conditions at TANEM-77-MT Ltd

The project focuses on increasing the efficiency and productivity of the enterprise by optimizing human resource management, ensuring safe and healthy working conditions and improving the working environment, occupational and health status and includes several key positions to ensure better working conditions for the workers of TANEUM-77-MT Ltd. It is in line with the needs of the company as well as with the objectives of the HRD OP 2014-2020 and with the objectives of the Local Development Strategy of the MIG Momchilgrad - Krumovgrad Association. The activities under the project implement the horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development. The project envisages the following activities: - Development and implementation of human resources management software to improve and optimize the human resources management system in the enterprise. - Buying new collective remedies to improve the working environment and improve working conditions. - Provide personal protective equipment and special workwear for the relevant positions for which it is necessary to protect the health and safety of workers. - Provision of social benefits for the workers - differentiation, equipment and furnishing of a room for eating and recreation. The project will have a beneficial effect on the motivation and productivity of the target group, which includes 6 employees in the enterprise, including 2 persons over the age of 54. Project management and project management activities as well as information and communication activities will also be carried out during the implementation of the project. Throughout the project duration of 13 months, the publicity rules will be respected.
