Improvement of working conditions in Rodopstroy - 97 Ltd.

The main objective of the project proposal is to improve the working environment of Rodopstroy - 97 Ltd. by ensuring good and safe working conditions and investments in personnel development, which will positively affect the productivity of the company. Direct beneficiaries under the project are 55 workers, of which at least 3 are over 54. The following activities are envisaged to achieve the main and specific objectives: Activity 1: Providing on-the-job training; Its implementation will consist in training workers and employees on the specific health risks associated with the individual workplace and the methods and means of their work containment and prevention; Action 2: Support for practices to improve human resource management and environmental protection systems. The activity will consist in the development of enterprise labor organization policies aimed at increasing productivity and protecting the environment; Action 3: Provide means of collective protection, including the safeguarding of existing facilities and facilities related to the improvement of working conditions; Action 4: Purchase of PPE and special workwear; Action 5: Providing social benefits to workers; Purchase of mobile containers for recreation of workers in construction sites. As a result of the implementation of these activities, more adequate working conditions will be achieved, meeting the needs of the external economic environment and the internal needs of the company's employees. In addition, the project aims to generate a higher added value in terms of overcoming the economic and social disparities in the development of the territories, in particular the Momchilgrad-Krumovgrad LAG. All of the above activities will contribute to improving the quality of jobs, work organization and human resource management.
