Good and safe working conditions - an attractive place to work in Dural Ltd. - Krumovgrad

The project is in line with the Local Development Strategy of the LAG municipalities of Momchilgrad and Krumovgrad in connection with Priority Axis 1 "Improving Access to Employment and Quality of Work" of the OP HRD and covers the following investment priority: Investment Priority No 7. The activities correspond to Activities 4 of the Application Conditions. It aims at improving policies to improve the quality of the personal and working life of workers by ensuring good and safe working conditions, including the longer employment of older workers. The project is aimed at implementing measures to meet the needs of the target group, which includes all 15 employees, of which: 3 persons over 54 years, namely: - minimizing occupational health risks by purchasing personal protective equipment, special workwear and collective protective equipment, and safeguarding the health of workers. The implementation of the project will lead to the improvement of the work process in the enterprise, in line with the current requirements of the labor safety standards, which will contribute to increasing the productivity and efficiency of the workers. The project includes the following activities: Activity 1. Provision of means of collective protection for securing existing facilities, technological processes, machines and equipment related to improvement of working conditions; Activity 2. Purchase of PPE and special work clothes; The implementation of the project is a prerequisite for improving the working conditions in the workplace and the quality of life of the people, increasing the efficiency of the labor and, respectively, the competitiveness of the company.
