The project is in line with the Local Development Strategy of the LAG municipalities of Momchilgrad and Krumovgrad in connection with Priority Axis 1 "Improving Access to Employment and Quality of Work" of the OP HRD and covers the following investment priority: Investment Priority No 7. The activities correspond to Activity 4 of the Application Conditions. It aims at improving policies to improve the quality of the personal and working life of workers by ensuring good and safe working conditions, including the longer employment of older workers. The project includes the following activities: Activity 1. Purchase of collective protective means for securing existing facilities, technological processes, machines and equipment related to improvement of working conditions; Activity 2. Purchase of PPE and special work clothes; The implementation of the project is a prerequisite for improving the working conditions in the workplace and the quality of life of the employees in the company, increasing the efficiency of the labor and respectively the competitiveness of the company.
