Good and safe working conditions in "Globalstroy 69" Ltd., Gorna kula village, Krumovgrad municipality

The project is following the procedure under the Community-led Local Development Strategy of the LAG - Momchilgrad and Krumovgrad, in connection with Priority Axis 1 "Improving access to employment and quality of jobs" of OP HRD and covering the following Investment Priority No. 7. The activities correspond to Activity 4 of the Application Conditions. The project focuses on improving the efficiency and productivity of the enterprise by optimizing the management of human resources, ensuring safe and healthy working conditions and improving the working environment, occupational and health status, and includes several key positions to ensure better working conditions for the employees of Globalstroy 69 Ltd., Gorna kula village, Krumovgrad municipality. It is consistent with the needs of the company, as well as with the goals of OP HRD 2014-2020, and with the objectives of the Local Development Strategy of the LAG Momchilgrad and Krumovgrad. The project includes the following activities: 1. Development and implementation of human resources management software in order to improve and optimize the human resources management system in the enterprise; 2. Provision of means of collective protection, including the modernization and/or reconstruction and/or safeguarding of existing sites, technological processes, machines and equipment related to the improvement of working conditions; 3. Purchase of PPE and special workwear; 4. Provision of social benefits for workers; Purchase of mobile container for recreation of workers in construction sites. Project implementation activities will also include project organization and management activities as well as information and communication activities. The implementation of the project is a prerequisite for improving the working conditions in the workplace and the quality of life of the employees in the company, increasing the efficiency of work and, respectively, the competitiveness of the company.
