Trainings and sustainable employment at MORSKO OKO - 92 Ltd through local initiatives

The territory of LAG Balchik-General Toshevo is characterized by a low level of economic activity of the population. The project proposal is aimed at raising this level and activating the unemployed and NEETs. In the Municipality of Balchik, where the candidate "Morsko oko-92" Ltd is operating, the main economic sector is tourism. There is a serious shortage of qualified staff on the doorstep of every summer tourist season. The main objective of the project is to provide access to quality employment opportunities through training and subsequent recruitment of economically inactive and unemployed persons and persons from vulnerable groups on the labor market - long-term unemployed, persons with basic and lower education. Specific objectives of the project: 1. Providing employment, adequate to the professional qualification and level of education, to 12 persons in new jobs. 2. Acquiring new or additional qualification through vocational training for 18 persons. 3. Improving the competitiveness of the labor market and the quality of employment of 18 persons included in motivation training, vocational training and key competency training. For the successful implementation of the project and the achievement of the set goals the following activities are envisaged: Activity 1: Implementation of motivational training for 18 persons. Activity 2: Conduct training for acquiring professional qualification. Action 3: Conduct training to acquire key competency for 4 persons. Action 4: Provide employment for 12 persons. Activity 5: Furnishing and equipping the new workplaces to which trained and motivated unemployed and / or inactive persons are employed. The project is to be implemented for 18 months. From all the 18 persons, receiving trainings and vocational qualification, iIt is expected that 10 are at the age 30-54 years old, three - over 54 and five - 30-54 years old or of low education.
