The project aims at acquiring and increasing the level of knowledge and creating the appropriate skills of the target groups - unemployed persons aged 30-54 years, oriented towards the specific demand of the local labor market and the needs of the employers by the labor force with certain characteristics. The investments are aimed at achieving long-term effects for participation and real inclusion in employment by providing resources for training 40 unemployed persons from the target group and employing 20 of them;
