Support for unemployed and inactive persons in the Municipality of Radomir.

The project proposal implements an integrated approach to solving some of the problems of the vulnerable groups, defined on the territory of municipality Radomir. It is envisaged to hire unemployed persons from the target group for carrying out labor activities, which require manual labor at different municipal sites, carrying out both basic and finishing activities. Twenty people from risky social groups will be recruited on a labor contract. Materials and consumables will be purchased to secure the activity. Training is provided for approved representatives of the target groups. The implementation of the project will support the process of labor market integration of people at risk groups. The investment in the project has a pronounced social effect on individuals in the target group as it will help to integrate human capital into the economy of the municipality and will ensure the improvement of their quality of life. Activities within the project are tied to inclusion in active work and social life through forms of employment enabling the creation of basic social and work skills of the target group. This will help Radomir Municipality to cope adequately with the needs of risk and vulnerable groups, which will also lead to optimization of the social expenditures of the Municipality.
