Back to work

The project focuses on the realization of the EU 2020 strategy, fulfilling the objectives in the field of employment and combating poverty and social exclusion. The project also supports the vision and strategy of HRD OP, where priority priorities are increasing employment and reducing people in poverty. The project will take place on the territory of the Municipality of Zemen. It is clear from the socio-economic analysis that the demographic characteristics are highly degraded, with an extremely high proportion of people in over-working age. This is due not only to the low birth rate but also to the large labor migration based on the lack of "economic livelihood" on the territory of the municipality. At present, the number of unemployed people in the municipality of Zemen is 74, but to a much greater extent are the persons of the so-called gray unemployment, not registered in the labor office or working in the gray sector of economy. From the above it is clear that the municipality to take urgent measures to improve the existing situation. The project is aimed at unemployed people of all ages, unemployed, long-term unemployed and inactive. They are also pleased with the lack of appropriate work, often with low work qualifications. The project target group is 12 people, long-term unemployed and 8 unemployed people, over 50% of whom are over 54 and 70% of them have basic and lower education. The project envisages to increase their qualification by acquiring new knowledge, skills and competences by including them in trainings. Consequently, the trained persons will be included in employment. As a result of the project activities, the representatives of the target group will acquire the necessary skills and competences for inclusion in the labor process, which will increase their activity on the labor market and will improve the quality of life of them and their families.
