Raising the knowledge, skills and competencies of employees in Panorama-2000 Ltd.

This project proposal aims to increase the qualifications, skills and knowledge of the employees in Panorama 2000 Ltd. Knowledge of professional skills and communication in a foreign language will respond to rapidly changing labor market changes as a result of structural factors such as globalization, technological change, population aging, migration process, and will contribute to quality, competitiveness and a high standard of work performance. The project target group includes 10 employees in Panorama 200 Ltd., with secondary and lower education and persons over 54 years of age, who will be trained under Professions 541060 "Food and Beverage Quality Technician", Specialty 5410601 "Quality and Safety Control of Food and Beverages" III Qualification Degree and Key Competence 2 / Communication in a Foreign Language. The activity of Panorama 2000 Ltd started in 2000 and is related to wholesale and retail of food products and beverages. The stores are equipped in a modern way with: refrigerated showcases; horizontal and vertical, checkout counters with conveyor belts, barcode scanner-reader, label printer, video surveillance, etc., well-stocked and convenient for shopping with wide stands, parking areas and access for disabled people. On the territory of the town of Ardino, the company has 3 supermarkets and 1 beverage wholesale store, which are located in convenient places in the city center, making them attractive and convenient places to shop both for the locals and for foreigners , tourists and traveling people from different parts of the country, and contributing to the expansion of the company's business. Manager Evgin Mehmed is highly educated and uses innovative methods. The enterprise's tendency is to expand, to increase its capacity and influence the positive economic growth of the municipality.
