Raising skills and acquiring new professional qualification employees in VIP - 37 OOD

This project proposal aims at updating the knowledge,skills and qualifications of the employees of VIP - ltd. through acquiring new professional qualifications and key competencies.The acquisition of new knowledge aims at enhancing the ability of employees to meet the rapidly changing labor market developments as a result of various factors such as technological change, globalization, aging, etc.We foresee carrying out professional training and Key Competencies of 65 employees as follows: For Profession Code 542040 Modeling-Technologist of Clothing, Specialty Code "Design, Modeling and Technology of Textile Apparel"-III SPK (degree of professional qualification) 30p; Profession code 542110 "Tailor", Specialty code5421101 "Tailoring" I SPK-33p.; Key Competence 4 /Digital Competencies/- 65p. and Key Competence 2 / The trainees included in the project are from the target groups set out in this proposal call/ employees with secondary and lower education and employees over the age of 54./ The project will be implemented VIP-37 ltd., a candidate in partnership with the Foundation for the Dissemination of Knowledge and Social Activities - Avicenna. The high standard of the enterprise requires a partner with a capacity that the Foundation has proven to have. The main activity of the enterprise is the production garments for client orders with materials supplied by the client. Customers of the enterprise are world-famous brands such as ZARA, Hamp;M and others. The company starts with fully refurbished machines and equipment and is expected to work with specialized ironing machines and other machines with fully refurbished software.
