The project covers activities which will improve the social status of people from the vulnerable groups on the territory of Pavlikeni municipality. Important factors for reducing unemployment in the municipality are motivating people to look for a job, enhancing their qualification and providing sustainable job positions. The project activities envisage organizing motivational training for 15 people, with which the trained people will be able to find their way in the labor market for job search more easily, and they will acquire skills for preparing documents for application as well. Training on key competence 4 “Digital Competence” will be carried for 10 people from the target groups. Pavlikeni municipality in its capacity of employer will provide employment for 8 people from the target groups, 3 of whom will be appointed to an expert position with auxiliary activities and/or an accountant for 6 months full-time and 5 of them to the position “gardener” for 12 months on a full-time basis. For this purpose, the 3 persons will go through training on key competence 4 “Digital Competence”, and the 5 – training for part of the professional qualification in “Planting” profession, “Floriculture” specialty. For the creation of effective work places the purchase of equipment and furnishing is envisaged.
