Project name: Local initiative for employment of vulnerable groups in "DIKE CONSULT" EOOD Duration: 13 months Place of realization: Pavlikeni Unemployment on the territory of Pavlikeni Municipality is a serious problem, with the longest-term unemployed in the age group of over 54 years. The reintegration of the long-term unemployed and inactive persons from 30 to 54 years, incl. in employment is also a challenge for employers, while incorporating this resource into the local economy will generate high added value. With this project, DIKE CONSULT EOOD will take a step towards ensuring stable employment of people from vulnerable groups, showing that the business can be socially and uniquely profitable and competitive. General objective: To stimulate the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups into the labor market by creating sustainable new jobs for unemployed and inactive persons in DIKE CONSULT EOOD. The specific objectives: 1. Create new jobs at DIKE CONSULT Ltd. for unemployed and / or inactive persons between the ages of 30 and 54, including unemployed or inactive people with disabilities and unemployed persons over the age of 54 2. Provide material security for new jobs by purchasing equipment and office furniture. 3. To stimulate the rapid adaptation of new workers and their integration into the existing workforce of the company through: effective management, creating a favorable socio-psychological climate, clear definition of rights, responsibilities, etc. Activities: 1. Selection and hiring of persons from the target groups for up to 12 months 2. Buying furniture and equipment 3. Organization and management of the project 4. Information and publicity The Local Initiatives for Employment of Vulnerable Groups in DIKE CONSULT EOOD corresponds to Priority Axis 1 of the OP HRD, Priority 1 of the Municipal Development Plan of the Municipality of Pavlikeni 2014-2020 and to the Strategic Objective 1 of the SVOMR.
