Improving access to employment in the municipality of Polski Trambesh

The project "Improving Access to Employment in the Municipality of Polski Trambesh" will create conditions for promoting sustainable employment, improving the quality of human resources and the possibility of social inclusion, as well as providing favorable working conditions. Access to employment will be improved, including the most vulnerable groups, and will increase the attractiveness and quality of jobs in Polski Trambesh. The project is aimed at the following target group: economically inactive persons, including discouraged persons; jobseekers and disadvantaged groups between the ages of 30 and 54; unemployed or inactive persons over 54 years of age. The implementation of the project will increase the number of persons who have received a job offer. The activities included in the project will help the successful realization of the labor market. They will be given the opportunity to engage in acquiring professional skills and qualifications. The training will be performed by a licensed organization. Successful graduates will work in the Polski Trambesh Municipality and municipalities in the appropriate workplaces in relation to the skills and the acquired qualification.
