For better employment and jobs quality in "KIM Support" EOOD

For more than 7 years, employers' organizations have reported that the lack of labor force is a major problem for the economy. At the same time, the unemployment rate in the town of Byala Cherkva is one of the highest in the region of Veliko Tarnovo and is 26% above the country average (according the 2017 analysis of the Bulgarian Investment Agency). The most vulnerable groups in the town of Byala Cherkva are people over 54, long-term unemployed, inactive people aged 30 to 54 and people with disabilities. Analyzing all these facts in its Management Program management of " decided to address the unemployed persons over 54 years and the long-term unemployed and inactive persons from 30 to 54 years old and to do everything in their power to include them in a working process. This will not only help the economic situation and social inclusion of these vulnerable groups but will also help businesses in their drive for a more competitive and sustainable local economy. This project is the first step in this direction of "KIM Support" EOOD. Project goals: - To promote the sustainable employment of vulnerable groups by opening new jobs, their equipment and material provision at "KIM Support" EOOD; - To help achieve sustainable employment on the territory of the MIG Pavlikeni - P. Trumbesh for unemployed and inactive persons who will get a new job opportunity; - To improve the quality of life on the territory of the MIG Pavlikeni - P.Trambesh, by supporting the implementation of the SVOMR. Planned activities: Activity 1: Forming a Team and Project Management; Action 2: Hiring unemployed and inactive people and securing their employment; Activity 3: Provision equipment for new jobs; Activity 4: Information and publicity activities. Timeframe: 13 months This project corresponds directly to the Priority Axis 1 of the OP HRD, Priority 1 of the Municipal Development Plan of the Municipality of Pavlikeni 2014-2020 and to the Strategic Objective 1 of the SVOMR.
