Entrepreneurship Support in the territory of LAG - Gotse Delchev - Garmen - Hadzhidimovo

The main objective of the project is to increase entrepreneurial competences, knowledge and skills and support for starting real and viable business of the representatives of the target groups -unemployed or employed from the territory of the LAG, willing to start their own business, incl. young people up to 29 years, women, people with disabilities, people in active working age. Basic activities: Implementation of a campaign to promote and encourage start-ups and development of entrepreneurship among the target groups. Conducting trainings for acquiring entrepreneurial, management and business skills for 3 groups, 15 persons in total, and providing consultancy for business development to 25 persons from the target groups on the territory of the LAG. The training is based on proven, innovative practical methodology for acquiring knowledge and practical skills for starting a business, led by qualified trainers with 15+ years of experience in consulting entrepreneurs. The consultations are based on an individual approach, joint concrete steps in developing the business idea and precise business planning as well as seeking the most appropriate funding opportunities. Expected results: Informed min. 100 representatives of target groups, institutions and organizations working in their support and local communities about the benefits of implementing the project 60 people involved in forums to promote and encourage the start-ups and development of entrepreneurship with an interest in self-employment, from which selected 15 with greatest potential and motivation for self-employment 15 people trained and acquired knowledge and skills to start and manage a successful business, of which 93% have successfully completed the training 500 consulting hours provided to the participants, incl. practical support for business registration 2 persons of the those, included in activity 3, on self-employment when leaving the operation
