Encourage of entrepreneurship on the territory of LIG Goce Delchev - Garmen - Hadzidimovo, through training and consultancy

The project proposal is aimed at acquiring knowledge in entrepreneurship, management and business skills on the territory of LAG Gotse Delchev - Garmen - Hadjidimovo. The activities are aimed at inactive people over 29, who do not study, unemployed people over 54, as well as persons from marginalized groups. Association "Nevrokop" jointly with its partner from the BI-GD, will conduct an information campaign and a series of group meetings to inform and motivate the development of independent business and entrepreneurship. 100 people will go through the information campaign and then will be select a group of 15 people to join a training program to acquire entrepreneurial, management and business skills. The training will be conducted by highly qualified teachers with many years of experience in such programs. The program is a balanced combination of theoretical basis, practical sessions, self-employment. The participants will familiarize themselves with the conceptual apparatus, the leading methodologies for the development of a start-up business, and will develop a strategic and operational plan that, through concrete steps, will lead to the creation of a sustainable business enterprise. Successfully completed the training program will receive a certificate and an individual mentoring program will be prepared for them.
