Improved working conditions of employees in FLASH TEXTILE Ltd. Adapting workers and businesses to rapidly changing health and safety changes.

The main objective of this project proposal is to improve the working environment of FLASH TEXTILE LTD by providing good and safe working conditions and investments in personnel development, which will positively affect the productivity of the company. The company employs 25 people of which 2 are under the age of 29 and 3 are over 54 years of age. To achieve the main and specific objectives of the project proposal, we have provided the following activities: I. Providing on-the-job training; The implementation will consist of training workers and employees about the specific health risks associated with the individual workplace and the methods and means of limiting and preventing them; II. Development and implementation of human resources management software to improve and optimize the human resources management system in the enterprise; III. Supporting practices to improve human resource management and environmental protection systems. Developing work organization policies in enterprises to increase productivity and protect the environment. IV. Provide means of collective protection in order to secure the working environment and eliminate existing harmful factors that negatively affect the work processes and endanger human health; V. Purchase of PPE and special workwear. VI. Improvement of the social climate in the enterprise, through differentiation, equipment and furnishing of a dining and rest room. With the implementation of the planned activities, more adequate and better working conditions will be achieved, which will meet the needs of the external economic environment and the internal needs of the employees of the company. The project aims to generate a higher added value in overcoming the economic and social disparities in the development of the Ardino-Dzhebel LAG.
