"Creating Safe Working Conditions and Adapting of Workers in ARTEX ltd to the Changes"

The activities expected, under this project will be carried out on the territory of the Ardino-Dzhebel LAG, and in particular on the territory of Ardino municipality - in the town of Ardino. The project is aimed at improving working conditions in Arteks Ltd in compliance with the norms and requirements of the legislation on safety and health at work and adapting the workers to the changes. The implementation of the project will improve the professional and health status of the target group of 49 people by improving the microclimate and working conditions in the enterprise. The expected result of the implementation of the project activities is to improve the quality of the workplaces in the company along with satisfying the needs of the company by increasing labor productivity of employees in the long run. This project foresees 1. Provision of employee training on the specific health risks associated with the individual workplace 2. Ensuring collective redress 3. Provision of personal protective equipment and special workwear 4. providing a social benefit for the workers.  To increase motivation and to overcome the stress in the project are provided places for recreation. The creation of social benefit is entirely aimed at satisfying the need of the target group of reconciling personal and professional life. Successful implementation of the project requires realistic planning of the entire process and a balanced distribution of activities over time. The activities and their time range are tied to the goals set in the project and are necessary for their realization, guaranteeing the expected results. Project management and project management activities as well as information and communication activities will also be carried out during the implementation of the project. Throughout the duration of the project, the publicity rules will be respected.
