Creating sustainable employment for unemployed and inactive people in Stigni 1 Ltd.

I. Need for Satisfaction   In the professional structure of the unemployed, the largest group continues to be the number of persons without qualification and specialty-52.3%. The highest share remains unemployed over 50 years-51%. For the municipality of Lyaskovets, unemployment remains a serious problem, with the worst expression among the long-term unemployed. Among the identified problems in the territory is the high level of unemployment, as the unemployed with no professional experience and qualification, as well as those with low education prevail.   All this shows that the reintegration of the long-term unemployed and inactive persons over 30 years into employment remains an important task, and the inclusion of this resource in the local economy will generate high added value. II. Goals  Acquisition or improvement of the professional qualification of unemployed and inactive persons on the territory of the municipality of Lyaskovets  Involve trained persons in subsidized employment with employers  Increase in the number of unemployed and inactive persons over 30 years who have acquired qualification and started work III. Target group-4 unemployed persons, which are of the specific categories: - Long-term unemployed - Unemployed persons aged over 54 IV. Basic activities 1. Mediation services for activating the labor market 2. Professional information and counseling 3. Learning to acquire a KP by part of a profession: course 1-Computer Operator 4. Employment of unemployed and inactive persons and employment for a period of 9 months 5. Provision of equipment for new jobs V. Results for Achievement 1. Selected 4 unemployed and inactive persons 2. Trainings for the KP - 1 cours for 4 persons 3. Unemployed persons who have acquired qualification - 4 4. Unemployed persons who started work - 4 persons 5. Ensured lasting employment after the project-2 persons
