Project name: Investing in safe working conditions - a guarantee for quality jobs Duration: 12 months Place of realization: Pavlikeni MEDIAN MEDICAL CENTER Ltd. started its activity in 2000 and over the years provides long-term employment through sustainable, well-paid jobs. The company deliberately takes care of the staff through continuous measures to improve working conditions, safety at work, corporate social responsibility and the provision of an optimal working microclimate. The project will have a direct positive effect both on the target group - employees in the company, incl. persons over 54 years old, as well as on the company itself. Main objective: TProviding safe working conditions and improvement of the working environment in MEDIAN MEDICAL CENTER Ltd., through investment in the working environment, protection of employees and provision of social benefits. The specific objectives: 1. Improve the quality of workplaces and ensure favorable working conditions, by investing in working environment and optimizing the organization of work at MEDIAN MEDICAL CENTER Ltd. 2. Ensure optimal protection and safety of workers in the limited liability company by investing in personal and special protective clothing. 3. To improve the conditions for recreation, nutrition and rest of the employees of the MEDIAN MEDICAL CENTER Ltd., by equipping a room for rest, rest and meals. Activities: 1. Modernization of working conditions at MEDIAN MEDICAL CENTER Ltd. 2. Purchase of personal protective equipment and special workwear. 3. Providing a social benefit for the working-class room for rest, meals and rest. "Investing in safe working conditions - a guarantee for quality jobs" corresponds to Priority Axis 1 of the OP HRD, Priority 1 of the Municipal Development Plan of the Municipality of Pavlikeni 2014-2020 and to the Strategic Objective 1 of the SVOMR.
