Project Name: "Improving working conditions and working environment in "STROIKO-D" OOD" Duration: 10 months Place of implementation: Polski Trambesh, Bulgaria Motivation: "STROIKO-D" OOD is a company providing long-term employment through sustainable, well-paid jobs and has invested in the increase of the staff working conditions. The growth rates show steady growth, including the labor force. The company takes care of the personnel through continuous measures for improvement of the working conditions, safety at work and providing an optimal working microclimate The company improves the working conditions annually on the basis of an approved Risk Minimization Programme. The project intervention will have a direct positive cumulative effect both on the target group - employees in the company (including persons over 54 years) and will help to the company to solve the identified problems of the target group and will meet the specific needs related to with good and safe working conditions. Main objective: To improve working environment and safe working conditions in "STROIKO - D" OOD, optimization of the microclimate, reduction of manual work and provision of a room for rest and relaxation. Specific objectives: 1. To improve the quality of jobs by optimizing the microclimate in "STROIKO - D" OOD; 2. To improve the working conditions in the company; 3. To create conditions for recreation, nutrition and rest of the employees of the company, through differentiation and equipment of a special room for these needs. Activities: 1. Improving safe and healthy working conditions. 2. Equipment a place for rest and relaxation in "STROIKO-D" OOD. The project "Improving working conditions and working environment in "STROIKO-D" OOD" corresponds to Priority Axis 1 of the HRD OP, Priority 1 of the Municipal Development Plan of the Municipality of Pavlikeni 2014-2020 and to the Strategic objective 3 of the SOMVR.
