Safe working conditions and improvement of the working environment in Lichev-Genov Ltd.

I. Need for Satisfaction.    According to the ICLDS, the main problems on the territory of the Pavlikeni-P.Trambesh LAG are related to the unfavorable working conditions that lead to the leaving of qualified employees and the inability to retain the young people who prefer the better working conditions provided in the big cities and abroad. Flexible forms of employment can contribute to the longer employment of older workers.    The introduction of measures to improve working conditions is a way for more people to remain on the territory of the Pavlikeni-Polski Trambesh LAG, as well as to attract workers from neighboring settlements. II. Specific objectives - aimed at solving the problems of the target group  Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, improving the occupational and health status of employees by means of collective protection and PPE  Providing social benefits to workers III. Target groups - Employees on a labor contract and self-employed persons in Lichev-Genov Ltd-9 persons - Priority groups: people with disabilities - 1 person IV. Main activities to achieve goals 1. Introduction of human resources development system - an innovative model of organization of work 2. Provision of means of collective protection - microclimate and ergonomics 3. Provide new, more modern PPE and workwear 4. Ensuring social benefits for workers V. Results for Achievement 1. Employed persons included in the project - 9 persons 2. Improved collective defense (microclimate) 3. Modernized tools for healthy working conditions - ergonomic working places - 2 pcs 4. Provided new, more modern PPE and workwear - for 9 people 5. Provided and equipped room for food and sports 6. Measures implemented in the field of environmental policy
