Better health and employability of the employees in "Toli" Ltd.

With the presented project the management of “Toli” Ltd aims to improve the quality and conditions of labor for the employees as well as preventing the risks for all involved persons included in the target group. The scope of the project is providing a great working conditions for all of the employees included in the project – 14 persons of which: 3 are above 54 years old and 1 with disabilities. This will reflect in a positive manner to the productivity and the permanent employment in the company. One of the main priorities of the strategy for permanent employment is sustaining the company’s reputation of being one of the employers providing its employees a healthy and safe work environment. However “Toli”Ltd. aims not only keeping the minimum requirements by law parameters but also a continuous investment in providing and sustaining the optimal ones and guaranteeing its employees comfort during the work process. In addition: the goals of the project proposition meet the priorities of OPHRD. In order, the project to be achieved the following activities should be considered: 1. Providing a safe work environment, improving the professional and health status of the employees by purchasing personal safety equipment 2. Providing social benefits for the employees by purchasing equipment for space intended for resting and lunch break These topics aim in achieving the goals of the project proposal and the scheme for providing financial help without compensation. On the other hand the injunctions from the job medicine committee will be fulfilled which main job would be improving the current work conditions protecting the physical and physiological health of the company’s employees.
