Employment initiatives

The current project envisages improving access to employment by ensuring the sustainable integration of long-term unemployed or inactive participants outside education and training, people over 54, and unemployed and inactive participants aged 30 to 54 in the labor market. incl. The activities of the project are aimed at activating the persons from the target groups, their inclusion in professional qualification in the professions: "Guard" 861010, specialty "Physical security of objects" 8610103 and "Rescuer in case of disasters, accidents and catastrophes" 861020, specialty "Search, rescue and disaster relief "8610201., to acquire key core competencies that are a necessary prerequisite for securing follow-up employment.        As a result of the implementation of the project under this procedure, it is expected to provide preconditions for creating sustainable employment for the unemployed. This will help reduce the number of unemployed as a result of training and employment. The acquisition of new knowledge and skills will contribute to the successful realization of persons in the labor market, their retention and, above all, to enhancing their career development opportunities. On the other hand, the needs of employers for specific skills and competences of the workforce will be met through trainings aimed at the specific jobs that individuals will occupy.
