Support for entrepreneurship

Most Bulgarians have a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship and are ready to start their own businesses, but data shows that only one third of them are willing to become entrepreneurs. These results are interpreted as uncertainty and instability in maintaining the idea of ​​owning a business, but also with a lack of confidence and knowledge. The Entrepreneurship Support project is aimed at overcoming these negative statistics and focusing on entrepreneurial values, thinking and feeling in order to promote a "see with my own eyes" approach rather than "they told me that". Candidate entrepreneurs will be informed and motivated who will learn to recognize their own potential and change their mindset when "becoming an entrepreneur becomes feasible". Within the project, trainings will be provided to 25 persons for the purpose of acquiring knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, business knowledge for developing a business idea and business plan, acquiring knowledge for managing an independent business activity. Each applicant will be provided with consultants independent business preparation services, being consulted on the development and assessment of the viability of the business idea, consulting and mentoring to prepare management of the business activity and targeting the application for financing the activity. By developing a motivational film and an entrepreneur's handbook, which will be publicly available and will ensure its sustainability upon completion of the project. The necessary information and communication activities will be provided as well as a project management organization.
