Project "Providing employment through training of people remote from the labor market on the territory of Municipality Tundzha"

During this and the past programming period, Municipality Tundzha has successfully implemented many social projects with European funding aimed at providing employment, quality social services and health promotion. However, because of our geographical situation and the remoteness of villages, many people do not have permanent access to these services and are at risk of social exclusion. Therefore, the main priority of Tundzha's Project "Providing employment through training of people remote from the labor market on the territory of Municipality Tundzha" is to enable the implementation of integrated approaches to motivate and encourage participation in the labor market of 34 persons aged 30 and over, incl. economically inactive persons, outside education and training, in discouraged persons; jobseekers and disadvantaged groups on the labor market, people with low education inclusive economically inactive people, people with permanent disabilities, unemployed / inactive people of Roma origin. The project activities focus on delivering integrated services for active social inclusion to 34 persons from highly vulnerable groups by including them in motivational training and training to increase professional qualification or to acquire new and subsequent employment in the "Labourer" position and "Worker, landscaper" within 10 months. The project will ensure the full participation of 34 people from the target groups in the life of the local communities, active social inclusion and improvement of the living environment in small rural settlements, which will achieve a long-term change in the stereotypes and general attitudes of society to their capabilities and significance.
