Employment for fine living

Main project objective is to provide employment for unemployed persons through qualification and jobs in daily landscaping and public infrastructure rehabilitation activities at the territory of Simitli Municipality. Project target group is 15 unemployed persons aged 30 to 54. Main project activities are: 1. Identification, professional guidance, counseling and motivation for persons of the project target group for obtaining professional skills and qualification, and getting employed. 2. Providing professional and competence training for obtaining the necessary job and competence skills of the persons of project target group in order to their further employment. 3. Providing involved into project persons of its target group with subsidized employment in daily landscaping and public infrastructure rehabilitation activities at the territory of Simitli Municipality for 6 months. Project activities implementation is to take 12 months. Project estimated results are: 15 unemployed persons aged 30-54, incl., involved into project activities, 15 persons of project target group with personal career plans and motivation for active attitude at labour market, 15 persons of project target group obtained professional knowledge and skills, relevant to the labour market needs, with increased labour market competitiveness; 15 persons of project target group employed; increased number of long-term unemployed or inactive persons aged 30 - 54 have started work at the territory of Simitli Municipality. The project is to be managed by a Beneficiary's experienced team of a project manager and an project accountant. Project activities estimated total cost is 99 865,59 BGN, 100% of which is this procedure support.
