Healthier labour conditions and social benefits in PETYA-IN Ltd and in IRINPRO Ltd

Current project realization is targeting further raising of labor productivity in “PETYA-IN” Ltd and in "IRINPRO" Ltd, by the means of health status improving , and by creating of better conditions for nutrition and rest in behalf of employees in our two companies. By the means of activity No 5- Support in behalf of securing innovative, more productive and more "green" practice models implementation in relation to labour organization in enterprises, incl. ensuring of health and safety labor conditions and professional and healthy improvement status of the workers and ministers, as well as social climate improvement, under activity No 5.1. Ensuring of collective health protective means, including modernization and/or reconstruction and/or current targets, technological processes, machinary and equipment in relation to labor conditions improvement, current illumination in IRINPRO Ltd will be replaced by LED illumination. Under this measure, risks of worsen employees and employer vision, nerve and psyche systems will be reduced. Store, shop and administrative rooms microclimate will improve by implementation more better heating and cooling system. Thunderbolt and anti-fire protection systems will both ensure prevention against eventual natural calamities. Ventilation system in IRINPRO Ltd will improve the air exchange by better interrelation between oxygen and carbon dioxide. The new heating and cooling systemq as well as partition walls in workshop shelters in IRINPRO Ltd will significantly improve microclimate, which is a serious problem by now. By the means of activity No 5, under activity No 5.3. Social climate improvement in the enterprises by enabling possibilites for rest, sport and more easing in behalf of ministers during their work process, two rooms for nutrition and rest in PETYA-IN Ltd will be equiped. Labour conditions for both twenty employees and governer will improve and labour comfort will increase.
