Adaptation of employees and Vetprom AD to the changes

"VETROM" AD is a company with a long-standing presence in the Bulgarian economy, specializing in the production of human and veterinary medicinal products, nutritional supplements and cosmetics. The overall objective of the project is: To improve the working environment at VETPROM AD, by providing good and safety working conditions, as well as innovative, more productive and more environmentally friendly ways of organizing work, which results in improved working places quality and have a positive impact on enterprise labor productivity. The project will be implemented through the following set of interrelated activities, leading to achievement of the overall and specific project objectives and expected results: Activity 1: Support for practices for the introduction of innovative, more productive and "greener" models of organization of labor in the enterprise, incl. to ensure safe and healthy working conditions, improvement of the occupational and health status of employees, and improve the social climate, sub-activities: 1.1.Providing of collective remedies, incl.modernization / reconstruction / securing of existing sites, technological processes, machines and equipment, related to improving working conditions; 1.2.Purchase of PPE and Special Workwear; 1.3. Improving the social climate in the enterprise by providing opportunities for rest, break, sports and facilitation of the employees during the work process in the enterprise. The project will also cover the implementation of the following activities according to the commitment declared by the Applicant: Activity 2: Organization and management of the project resulting in an effective organization of the project implementation; Activity 3: Information and communication activities, as a result of which will be provided information and publicity measures in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for the implementation of the information and communication rules 2014-2020.
