Improving the working conditions of the employees of M1-Manev, Koleva Ltd.

Company "M1-Manev, Koleva" Ltd. was incorporated in 2015 in the town of Tryavna. The activity of the company is focused on freight road transport. The company is located in its own base in Tryavna. In order to carry out its business, the company has its own vehicles and its own base for repairs. The company employs over 50 full-time employees. Company management is aware that ensuring healthy and safe working conditions process is an integral part of the organization of any work activity and a necessary condition for achieving a higher one competitiveness of products and services, increasing the income and profit of the enterprise, and promoting and developing the business. The needs that the project will meet are related to improving the working environment in enterprises by providing good and safe working conditions and human resources management, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs and positively affect labor productivity. in the enterprise to be realized through: - Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, improving the occupational and health status of employees by providing PPE, means of collective protection, equipping and furnishing a recreation and leisure room related to improving working conditions. The project envisages the implementation of both mandatory organization and management activities, visualization and publicity. The project proposal has been developed in accordance with the achievement of sustainable socio-economic development and preservation of the local identity on the territory of the Dryanovo - Tryavna LAG in the heart of the Balkans through efficient use of local resources, as well as with the EU Strategic Framework 2014 -2020.
