Better health and employability of the employees in "Unitafad"Ltd.

This project proposal is aimed at creating a favorable working environment by providing good and safe working conditions and providing social benefits for all 14 employees of Unitrafad Ltd., which will contribute to reducing the risks leading to occupational diseases and trauma, as well as the extension of activity and employment of older employees over 54 years. The activities included in the project proposal: Provision of collective safeguards related to improving working conditions at Unitrafad OOD and providing social benefits for the employees of Unitrafad OOD, incl. equipping the recreation, eating and resting places will lead to an increase in labor productivity, quality of production and hence the competitiveness of the company, as well as efficient use of resources and environmental protection. The implementation of the activities set out in the project proposal will help to solve the general and specific problems of the target group, consisting of all 14 employees in the company, including 7 persons over 54 years of age. The project proposal envisages job security and improvement of working conditions by obtaining and securing means of collective protection, as well as solutions for improving the attractiveness of the workplace by providing new social benefits for the employed. The implementation of the project will ensure the continued sustainability of the results while maintaining the target group's employment for at least 1 year after the project is completed. It will also lead to better working conditions and successful risk management in the workplace, ensuring that the physical and mental well-being of workers is maintained. This will contribute to higher productivity and allow workers and businesses to adapt more easily to change.
