The current project proposal has been developed in response to the need of improving human resource management, workplace safety, as well as conditions for working and resting at Intertop Ltd., Tryavna. Three main groups of activities are planned for implementation within the framework of the project: 1. Optimization of work processes through an analysis and introduction of new systems, practices and tools for the development of human resources in the company, with an emphasis on practices for easier reconciliation of work, family and private life, as well as prolonging the labour life of older workers and employees. 2. Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for employees through the introduction of collective safety equipment and the purchase of special workwear, designed to protect workers from an unfavorable microclimate, to provide better ergonomics at work, as well as greener workplaces (incl. purchasing new energy-saving air conditioners, replacing window frames and shutters, providing energy-saving lighting in the workplace, delivering ergonomic work chairs, protective clothing and anatomic slippers/shoes.) 3. Providing social benefits for workers by repairing and/or equipping recreational and dining facilities, changing room, sanitary facilities, fitness. The planned duration of the project is 24 months. The measures will cover a very broad target group; they will have a practical effect on every employee in the company (a total of 66 + a manager), of which 10 women over 54 years of age and 5 women with disabilities. The project results will contribute to a better organisation, higher quality and attractiveness of the work in the enterprise, increase productivity and improve the professional and health status of the employees. They will have a positive effect on the environment and contribute to maintaining employment in the region.
