Improving working conditions of the employees in Mortaly Ltd., town of Dryanovo

Mortaly Ltd. was established in 2008 in Dryanovo. The company produces textile products. With its production, the company contributes to the development of specific textile productions in the country and abroad. Mortaly Ltd. has a full-time team of qualified specialists with many years of experience in textile production. The management of the company is aware that ensuring healthy and safe conditions during the work process is an integral part of the organization of every work activity and a necessary condition for achieving higher competitiveness of products and services, increasing access and printing of people, and business validation and development. The needs that the project will meet are related to improving the working environment in enterprises by providing good and safe working conditions and human resources management, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs and positively affect labor productivity. in the enterprise to be realized through: - Provision of collective protective equipment, including the modernization and reconstruction of existing sites, technological processes, machines and equipment; - approving the occupational and health status of employees by providing personal protective equipment and work clothing; - equipment and furnishings of rooms for recreation, eating and resting in establishments and sports facilities related to improving working conditions. The project envisages the implementation of both mandatory organization and management activities, visualization and publicity. The project proposal has been developed in accordance with the achievement of sustainable socio-economic development and preservation of the local identity on the territory of the Dryanovo - Tryavna LAG in the heart of the Balkans through efficient use of local resources, as well as with the EU Strategic Framework 2014 -2020.
