Improvement of the working conditions at "Es Di Komers" Ltd. - Dryanovo

The project "Improvement of working conditions in Es Di Komers Ltd. - Dryanovo" is of 12 months duration and will be implemented in Dryanovo, Bulgaria. Es Di Komers Ltd. is a sole proprietorship providing long-term employment through few but sustainable, well-paid jobs and plans to improve the working conditions of staff, embarking on a risk mitigation program approved in 2019. The project intervention will have a direct positive cumulative effect on the target group as well individuals within the company and the company - will help to solve the identified problems of the target group and will respond to the specific needs related to good and safe working conditions. The main objective of the project is to improve the organization and working conditions for the employees of Es Di Komers Ltd. - Dryanovo. The specific objectives are: - Improving the working environment and organization of work; - Improving the quality of jobs that positively affect labor productivity and the environment. The goals set in the project will be achieved through: - Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, incl. reduction of manual labor. - Improvement of the occupational and health status of employees by optimizing the microclimate and providing means of collective protection; - Providing social benefits for workers - setting up a place for relaxation, eating and rest. The project contributes to the implementation of the CLLD Main Objective 3 of the Social-Economic Development of the Territory, which provides new jobs, poverty reduction, social inclusion and improvement of living conditions and quality; Priority 10: Reducing depopulation of the territory by improving access to employment and job quality; SG 14: Improving the quality of jobs and qualifications and skills of employees.
