"Improvement of qualification, employment opportunities and self-employment of unemployed young people"

The current project proposal "Upgrading, Opportunity for Employment and Self-Employment of Unemployed Youth" will identify 50 unemployed youths up to 29 years of age outside education and training, who have basic or lower educational level The target group's youth will be provided with vocational guidance and counseling, psychological support and motivational training. 5 unemployed persons will be enrolled in vocational training and key competency training. Persons who have acquired a professional qualification will be provided subsidized employment for 6 months by the municipality of Devnya. 45 people from the target group will be provided with entrepreneurship training and consulted on issues related to starting a self-employed activity. The necessary activities for project organization and management, information and communication activities will be provided.The implementation of the project will lead to the improvement of the qualification and the possibility of employment of unemployed young people outside education or training up to the age of 29 (incl.) Who have basic or lower educational level. The acquisition of appropriate qualifications and skills of young people up to 29 years old. an age appropriate to the needs of business in the territory of the Devnya - Aksakovo LAG will lead to sustainable and quality employment for young people. In this way the social status and quality of life of the population from the territory of Devnya - Aksakovo LAG will be increased.
