Training and employment of job seekers, inactive persons and long-term unemployed in Samokov Municipality

The implementation of the project aims at socio-economic integration of vulnerable groups by creating additional local opportunities for implementing innovative policies and policies by activating the unemployed after enrolling in training for competencies or professional qualifications, acquiring entrepreneurial skills to improve access to employment.The implementation of the project will contribute to poverty reduction, promote social inclusion, help solve problems related to employment. unemployment, overcoming the negative trends in the labor market, investments, low quality labor force characteristics. It is possible to tackle local labor market problems by increasing job supply, which will contribute to improving employability of the unemployed in the municipality of Samokov. Some of the community is characterized by low education, some people lacking at all, low language literacy, lack of professional qualifications, lack of communication, social and work skills. These part of the target group are distant from the labor market, with two main reasons for the situation created: On the one hand, the reasons are those who are distant from the labor market - these are: lack of education due to early school leaving; lack of motivation for a normative work process; have well-formed working habits; lack professional qualifications; show great distrust of formal services and training. All activities planned are aimed at ensuring sustainable employment of vulnerable categories in compliance with horizontal policies: - Equal opportunities and non-discrimination - through activation, motivation, training and zeal; - Gender equality - through the implementation of activities that integrate the principle of equality of opportunity; - Sustainable development - through efficient use of resources.
