This project proposal draws attention to the most vulnerable groups on the labor market, namely the Roma and people over 54 in the Stara Zagora region, and in particular in the Maglizh, Gurkovo and Kazanlak regions. The accent is on their sustainable integration into the labor market by creating 7 new jobs at Magia Ltd. for up to 12 months, as well as providing vocational training for 4 people and training in key competencies of 3 newly appointed individuals. The qualification and motivation of people over 54 and Roma is an important factor in the sustainable competitiveness of the company. Therefore, the availability of workforce with specialized knowledge and skills is of particular importance for the economic development of the Stara Zagora region. The objectives of the project proposal are to provide sustainable jobs in Magia Ltd. which will lead to the improvement of the quality of life of people in the Maglizh, Gurkovo and Kazanlak regions.Achieving this goal is possible by creating 7 new jobs in the company, improving the professional education of newly appointed individuals, providing modern equipment in new jobs. The implementation of the project activities will achieve the following results: a total of 7 new jobs have been created, including 3 for "Technical Manager, Construction" for the current activity of the company and 4 "Landscaping Worker" for the new activity of the The landscaping company will buy new equipment, equipment and tools. The newly appointed “landscaping worker” will undergo vocational training and the “Technical Manager, Construction” will undergo training in key competencies.
