"New job places"

The New Jobs project aims to: "To provide conditions for effective employment, professional realization and sustainable employment of inactive persons and / or unemployed youth up to 29 years of age. Specific objectives: 1. To create new jobs and long-term sustainable employment of new employees; 2. Providing the opportunity to acquire higher personal digital competences for the successful realization of newly recruited inactive persons and / or unemployed youths up to 29 years of age. These objectives will be achieved through the following successive activities: Activity 1: Recruitment and employment of inactive persons and / or young people up to 29 years of age at Kors Group EOOD; Activity 2: Training of newly appointed employees in the acquisition of digital key skills on the topic: "Innovative CCTV and security digital recording devices". Through these activities, the following measurable results will be achieved: - For 34 inactive persons and / or young people up to 29 years will be provided new jobs in the post: "Guard"and "Porter", up to 6 months from the date of appointment; - All assigned employees will be given the opportunity to undergo a course to enhance their personal key competences in the field of digital security and security systems; - Two new cars will be provided for the newly created jobs, necessary for the effective performance of the job tasks of the newly appointed security guards. - A minimum of 17 new jobs will be retained for at least 12 months after the end of the project.
