"New Jobs - A New Opportunity for Sustainable Employment and Development of Unemployed Persons in the Municipality of Lukovit"

The project proposal is aimed at creating new sustainable jobs in the hotel industry. Through the provided incentives under the procedure "Activation of unemployed and inactive persons in the municipalities of Lukovit and Roman", the applicant will provide better opportunities for professional qualification and sustainable employment and income for unemployed and inactive persons through the new jobs created by him. The project addresses intentions for initiatives, in the context of the HRD OP and Led by local development, Local initiative group Lukovit - Roman, and aims to support easy access to employment for vulnerable groups, persons with low competitiveness in the labor market, providing training , jobs and income. It is planned to open 8 jobs for persons in the following categories: - Unemployed persons over 54; - Unemployed persons under 29 years of age. The project envisages the implementation of the following activities: 1. Organization and management; 2. Information and communication; 3. Training for professional qualification; 4. Hiring unemployed persons and providing employment. The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities and preventing any discrimination against different groups of people at risk in the labor market, increasing access to employment, reducing social exclusion and combating poverty. The activities scheduled under the project place emphasis on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups into the labor market. The main objectives of the project proposal are to support the socio-economic development of the territory on Local initiative group, improving access to and quality of education and training of the workforce for advanced training, ensuring sustainable employment, quality employment, income provision, reducing and preventing unemployment, poverty and social exclusion, improving the adaptability of people at risk in the labor market.
