Activation of unemployed and inactive people in Roman Municipality

The Municipality of Roman presents a project proposal under this procedure with the aim of higher and better employment and poverty reduction, by acquiring new knowledge, skills and qualifications for unemployed and inactive people from vulnerable groups and activating them for inclusion in the labor market. The project, through a combination of individual approach and professional development and key competences of the target groups, will contribute to improving the employability of the unemployed to the local labor market and, as a result, reducing the unemployment rate and increasing the employment in the territory. of Roman Municipality. The project proposal aims at providing training and employment for 14 persons from the vulnerable groups on the labour market through the implementation of the following activities: - Professional informing, consulting and guidance of the target groups; - Provision of Key Competence Training 5 Learning Skills for 8 individuals who, upon completion, start: - training for the acquisition of vocational qualification in the first degree; - Provision of training for the acquisition of second-level professional qualifications for 6 persons who, after graduation, start: - Training in Key Competence 2 "Communication in a Foreign Language; - payment of scholarships during PC training - Recruitment and employment of 14 persons from target group - subsidized employment, after training has been provided. Continuous employment after the completion of the project will be provided for at least 7 persons for a period no shorter than 3 months.
