Through the implementation of the project, similar knowledge and skills of the employees in "Si Commercial 7" EOOD will be implemented in order to meet to the maximum extent the creation and dynamic development of the requirements for the labor market. In the conditions of economic crisis and process of optimization of the expenses for an enterprise, employed over 54 years of age and employed with secondary and lower education, with an average level in the greatest risk of losing their job. The main problems on the territory of Samokov are identified as problems in Si Commercial 7" Ltd., - that is, there is a predominant share of low-skilled labor, inconsistent with the requirements of the economy and labor market demand, which is a limiting factor for high incomes for the population, as well as for improving the competitiveness of the local economy. The largest number of employees in "Si Commercial" is those with low and secondary education. The company also employs 23 people over the age of 54. The planned trainings and innovative, interactive activities guarantee overcoming the deficits and discrepancies and turning the quality training into an incentive for professional growth. The project will make possible "lifelong learning" in "Si komersial 7", which is a bridge to the modern work and business environment. In response to the identified needs, the following activities are planned. Activity 1 "Provision of training for raising and / or acquiring a new professional qualification for the employees". Si Commercial 7 EOOD Activity 2 "Providing training for the acquisition of key competencies for employees". Activity 3 "Ensuring access to innovative forms of lifelong learning" /coaching / "Introduction of a system of interactive teaching methods for lifelong learning in Si Commercial 7 Ltd." Activity 4. "Development and implementation of training systems for employees meeting high quality standards in accordance with the needs of Si Commercial 7 Ltd."
