Ensuring healthy and safe working conditions at REMSTROY - ITD Ltd.

The implementation of this project aims to improve the working environment of the employees of Remstroy ITD LTD with a place of work - Strelcha Municipality and Panagyurishte Municipality, by identifying their needs and problems and implementing measures to solve them. The implementation of the project will improve the occupational and health status of the target group, by improving the microclimate and working conditions in the enterprise, as well as aiming to prevent and avoid risks in construction activities, since construction is traditionally one of the most risky sectors. Every year, dozens of workers are killed at construction sites, others receive various disabilities. In order to increase the motivation and overcome the stress, the project envisages the construction of a shelter, the purchase of two containers for protection against cold, rain, wind and high temperatures and the provision of work clothes and PPE for the workers. The creation of social benefits is entirely aimed at meeting the need of the target group to reconcile personal and professional life. The expected result of the implementation of the project activities is to improve the quality of jobs and reduce the risks in the construction activities, in parallel with meeting the need of Remstroy ITD EOOD to increase the long-term productivity of workers. The main activities of the project are: 1. "Provision of means of collective protection for the needs of the employees of Remstroy ITD LTD; 2. "Provision of PPE and special work clothes for the employees of Remstroy ITD LTD. 3. Provision of facilities for the workers to eat and to have a rest. The total value of the investments under this project proposal is BGN 176 653, which includes: - Costs for the purchase of PPE and special working clothing - BGN 12 868; - Costs for the purchase of collective redress related to improving working conditions - BGN 134 385; - Costs for construction works - 29 400 BGN.
