Improvement of good and safe working environment in "KN i M" Ltd.

"KNamp;M" Ltd. is a relatively new company, registered in 2015 in Panagyurishte. The company deals in sewing of work clothing, hats, and other textile products. The economic activity code is 14.12 - sewing of work clothing. The entire production is intended for the international market., directly dealing with customers. The team and management's efforts have lead to an increase in order volume and a diversification of the assortment. New positions have been opened, and the company is hiring employees from Panagyurishte and neighboring settlements in the territory of the local initiative group for Panagyurishte, Strelcha, Lesichovo. Part of the new hires are representatives of priority groups under OPHRD - people under 29 or over 50. For their motivation and social inclusion the management of "KNamp;M" Ltd. has taken a number of aiding steps - workplace training, providing a mentor during the initial months of employment, providing transportation to and from the workplace. The goal is for these employees to reach the social and labor status of their colleagues as quickly as possible, and be stimulated to develop personally and socially. All employees will be periodically provided with personal and collective protection equipment, funded by the employer. With the current project proposal "KNamp;M" Ltd. plans to improve upon the measures taken with it own funding, and use the provided opportunity to apply for a subsidy to invest in collective protection equipment - three air-conditioning systems for the workspaces, capable of performing air filtration, and 60 lighting units for improvement of the illumination of the workspaces
