Creating lifelong learning opportunities for Hriki's employees

The project aims to improve the working environment of the company by providing training for the upgrading of the qualifications of 20 employees with secondary or lower education, which in turn will contribute to improving the quality of the company. jobs and will directly affect the productivity of the company. The activities planned for implementation are: 1. Provision of trainings for the acquisition of the professional qualification of the employees of Hriki OOD 2. Provision of Key Learning Competence Key Competence 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" for Hriki OOD Employees 3. Providing access to innovative forms of lifelong learning 4. Development and implementation of employer-friendly training systems for employees meeting high quality standards As a result of their implementation, the skills of the employees will be improved in accordance with the current needs of the business, their productivity will be increased and conditions for their sustainable employment and correspondingly occupying high-quality jobs will be created. An innovative system for internal training will be introduced which will be supplemented with a system for self-training and interactive training methods. In this regard the project will have lasting effects for all current and future employees of the company. The activities are in line with the CLLD approach, helping to increase employment and mobilize available but not yet fully developed local growth potential to contribute to improving the quality of life of the company located in the LAG's territory.
