Creating sustainable employment within public services of Lyaskovets municipality

The objective of the current project is to create access to employment through sustainable integration at the labour market of unemployed and inactive people at the age of 30 – 54 years, as well as unemployed and inactive people over 54 years, people which are excluded from the labour market. The project activities are targeting to identify the people which are excluded from the labour market, to include them in motivation trainings and trainings to increase their key competencies and finally to hire them in employment. The trained people will be hired in the public services of Lyaskovets municipality such as kindergartens, the villages, and the Museum of gardening in Lyaskovets. The project proposal will provide opportunities for employment while creating safety, accessible and attractive environment for the kids in the kindergartens, and to maintain the green public areas of the villages and the Museum of gardening and Municipal complex for social services in Lyaskovets.
